Basundhara Tea garden is located in Bhagmandir, From the garden, tezpur town is about 40 Km east and Orang national park is 15 Km west. The area of the garden is 5 acres. The plantation was started in 2013 is fully organic basis. Around 50 Kg fine green leaves are produced in the garden which is processed to make around 10 Kg Organic tea. Organic manures, Organic pesticides, and organic growth promoters has been producing in own garden from the day of plantation to make it completely chemical free.

Anuj Saha take care  and manage  the garden as well as factory himself. He has been working through the years in the field of organic cultivation as well as organic tea production and become an inspirational for other growers. Only natural organic methods of cultivation and procressing are used to ensure the highest quality teas. It is our endeavour to bring these speciality organic teas from the remote corner of Assam and north east region of India to the tea lovers across the world.

Since 2014 Basundhara Tea Factory has started manucfacturing organic hand made Green tea. At the beginiing we were producing only green tea, but as the tea leaves production increases we started producing other varities of tea such as Oolong Tea, Orthodox tea and White Tea. Along with these teas we have also started blending tea with medicinal value flowers resulted in producing Blue tea and Rosila tea, Masala Green Tea, Stabia Green tea etc. We have also started manufacturing Moringa Tea which  is of great medicinal value in the world of tea.

We are the first to start producing Blue tea in Assam,  even electronic and print media had highlighted it and Basundhara tea Factory has been praised by the general puclic as well as Tea  Board officials.
